All new system boxes carry a 12 month return to base parts & labour warranty
for hardware only – then a lifetime labour warranty where parts only
are chargeable but fitted free of labour cost, again return to base. (Only
applicable where the seal on the case is unbroken i.e. there has been no unauthorised
intrusion into the system). Monitors usually carry 3 years on site warranty
unless stated differently at the time of purchase.
All new parts carry 12 months warranty against faulty workmanship and will
be replaced after a reasonable period for checking the part in question, provided
that it is returned with all original packaging, disks, etc. and receipt or
proof of purchase. NO returns will be accepted without these. See Conditions
on display in showroom.
Refunds will not be given against parts returned due to incompatibility with
existing equipment; providing the parts are still in good order a credit note
will be issued which may be spent in store within 3 months.
Warranty returns are given priority over normal jobs in our workshop, to get
you up and running with the minimum of delay.
If it is determined that faults have arisen because the system parts have
been tampered with or used incorrectly repairs may not be carried out under
warranty.

All goods returned as faulty must be tested before replacement, and a reasonable time allowed for such testing as is deemed necessary.
When goods are returned, a receipt will be issued; no replacement, credit note or refund can be made without the goods being tested.
Any goods returned as faulty but found to be in working order after testing will be returned to the customer after payment of a nominal test charge, based on £40.00 per hour; the actual cost will reflect the time taken to carry out the test.
When components are sold it is assumed that the purchaser has at least a basic knowledge of electronics. We will advise about any potential pitfalls but cannot be held responsible if your hardware or software is incompatible. You should be aware of your ability to carry out the task for which you are purchasing the equipment. Goods returned because of this will incur a 25% handling / restocking charge, which will be deducted from any credit note issued.
Goods returned showing evidence of physical or overheating damage due to being incorrectly handled / fitted, will not be replaced or refunded.
All returns must be complete with all original packaging, manuals, disks and cables and accompanied by receipts or proof of purchase.
